摘要
冶金废渣可尝试在混凝土工业中作为生产骨料使用。文章创新试验了转炉钢渣及高炉矿渣两种冶金废渣在混凝土路面砖中作为骨料使用的优劣性,试验结果显示,高炉矿渣化学性质稳定、粒径适中、易磨性好,适用于路面砖生产。通过对高炉矿渣不同粒径下路面砖强度对比,确定了3 mm以下矿渣为生产路面砖最优骨料。路面砖中添加硅灰试验结果显示,硅灰能够有效提高路面砖强度和表面质量,且5%的硅灰添加量为路面砖生产最优配比。
Metallurgical slag can be used as aggregate in concrete industry.The advantages and disadvantages of using steel slag and blast furnace slag as aggregate in concrete road brick were tested.The results show that the slag is stable in chemical properties, moderate in particle size and good in wear, and suitable for road brick production. By comparing the strength of road bricks under different particle sizes of blast furnace slag, it is determined that the slag less than 3 mm is the best aggregate for road bricks.Through the test of adding silica to pavement bricks, it is concluded that silica ash can improve the strength and surface quality of pavement bricks effectively and the optimal ratio for the production of road bricks occurred when the amount of the silica addition is 5%.
