摘要 轻质氧化铝空心球陶瓷作为极有发展前途的高温隔热材料,α-Al2O3的含量对其力学性能有重要影响。以合理级配的氧化铝空心球为骨料,加入不同比例的α-Al2O3微粉和325#莫来石,通过试验测定其物理性能,确定α-Al2O3微粉和325#莫来石的最优配比。试验数据显示,当α-Al2O3的添加量为30%时,制品的常温抗折强度和常温耐压强度最大,达到12.58 MPa;热震稳定性达到最高,其保持率为0.98%。 Lightweight alumina ceramic is an extremely promising high temperature insulation material. The contents of Al2O3exert significant impacts on its mechanical properties. With the proper aggregate mixture ratio of alumina hollow spheres, the optimum contents of α-Al2O3 and 325# mullite are determined experimentally in this paper according to their physical properties. The results demonstrate that the lightweight alumina bubble ceramic possess the best performance. The test data show that when the addition amount of α-Al2O3 is 30%, the normal temperature flexural strength and normal temperature compressive strength of the product are the highest, reaching 12.58 MPa;the thermal shock stability is the highest, and the retention rate is 0.98%.
