摘要
研究热轧薄规格钢带折边缺陷形成原理,分析了不同钢种、卷取机侧导、卷取机夹送辊、二级模型、带钢板形及镰刀弯对折边缺陷形成的影响。结果表明,折边缺陷主要是钢带边部受卷取机侧导刮蹭发生高温折弯,经夹送辊碾压产生,多发于高温卷取且厚度不大于3.0 mm的低碳及超低碳钢带。通过降低带钢头尾部卷取温度、采用前段集中冷却模式、调整夹送辊辊缝参数、减小侧导夹持力、提升侧导修磨质量及在线管理,可有效降低折边缺陷的发生。
The forming principle of edge folding defect of hot rolled thin strip was studied. The influence of different steel grades, coiler side guide, coiler pinch roll, secondary model, strip shape and sickle bending on edge folding defect was analyzed.The results show that the edge folding defect is mainly caused by the high temperature bending of the strip edge by the side guide scraping of the coiler, which is rolled by the pinchroll, and occurs more frequently in the high temperature coiling and the thickness of the low carbon and ultralow carbon steel strip is less than 3.0 mm.By reducing the coiling temperature at the end of strip head, adopting the centralized cooling mode at the front, adjusting the roll gap parameters of pinch rolls, reducing the clamping force of side guide, improving the quality of side guide grinding and online management, the occurrence of edge folding defects can be effectively reduced.
