颅内动脉瘤中OPN和PINCH蛋白的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)及PINCH 蛋白在颅内动脉瘤中的表达及其意义。【方法】选取本院收治的行开颅动脉瘤加闭术中切取的标本41例,其中破裂动脉瘤17例,未破裂动脉瘤24例,另取正常脑动脉标本10例作对照。应用SP免疫组织化学方法检测OPN和PINCH在动脉瘤及正常脑动脉中的表达。【结果】OPN和PINCH蛋白在对照组脑动脉壁中膜表达微弱,而在动脉瘤壁中膜表达显著增强;动脉瘤组OPN平均光密度值为(0.215±0.064)显著高于对照组的(0.096±0.027);动脉瘤组PINCH平均光密度值为(0.247±0.066)显著高于对照组(0.158±0.024),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未破裂组OPN平均光密度值为(0.236±0.071)显著高于破裂组(0.184±0.038);未破裂组PINCH平均光密度值为(0.269±0.069)显著高于破裂组(0.217±0.049),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OPN与PINCH呈正相关(P<0.05);OPN与动脉瘤直径呈正相关(P<0.05)。【结论】颅内动脉瘤中OPN、PINCH高表达,且二者在未破裂动脉瘤中表达水平显著高于破裂动脉瘤,且两组呈显著正相关。
