基于三标度层次分析法和灰色聚类法的农业水利工程定额生产力水平指数研究 被引量:6

摘要 现阶段我国尚未出台农业水利工程专用定额标准,为解决编制工程拓展领域定额标准时间长、耗资大等问题,提出了定额生产力水平指数的概念。为计算农业水利工程的定额生产力水平指数,以劳动定额消耗量为研究对象,归纳了影响劳动定额消耗量的6项指标,包括施工工序复杂程度、施工环境舒适程度、劳动力分配合理程度、劳动者技术熟练程度、配合施工机械先进度、连接工序完成程度对劳动定额消耗量的影响,依据施工现场各施工工序的劳动消耗量数据,采用三标度层次分析法建立和量化影响劳动定额消耗量的各项指标,并引入灰色聚类方法对所有合理数据进行灰色分类,建立白化权函数,最后确定劳动定额消耗量综合代表值。以辽宁省农业水利工程为例,计算其定额生产力水平指数,以此推算出辽宁省农业水利工程定额标准,为工程定额领域提供了一种新的研究思路。 At present,the country has not yet issued a quota standard for agricultural and water conservancy engineering.In order to solve the problem of long time and high cost of compiling the quota standard in the field of engineering expansion,the concept of quota productivity level index is proposed.Aiming at the problem of how to calculate the quota productivity level index of agricultural and water conservancy engineering,taking labor quota consumption as the research object,this paper sums up 6 indexes which affect labor quota consumption,including the complexity of construction process,the comfort degree of construction environment,the reasonable degree of labor distribution,the influence of the technical proficiency of the laborers,the progress of the construction machinery and the completion degree of the connection process.And then the indexes affecting the labor quota consumption is established and quantified by using the three scale analytic hierarchy process based on the labor consumption data of each construction operation in the construction site.The grey clustering method is introduced to classify all reasonable data,the whitening weight function is established.Finally,the comprehensive representative value of labor quota consumption is determined.Taking the agricultural and water conservancy engineering in Liaoning Province as an example,its quota productivity level index and the quota standard are calculated.This paper provides a new research idea for the field of project quota.
