Methodological Implications of the Overall Layout of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

新时代进一步推进中国特色社会主义事业,在顶层设计和战略规划上,我们不仅要明确中国特色社会主义总体布局的主要内容是"五位一体",同时还要关注到总体布局背后所隐含的方法论要求,即要坚持系统思维,运用系统分析法,注重发展的系统性、整体性和协同性;要正确认识和处理五"位"的地位及其内在关系,让其各安其位,各尽其能;要随时空条件的变化而相应调整五"位"的结构关系;要切实把握五"位"之间关系的核心是"一体化"与整体功能优化;要将实现总体布局的内在要求上升为理念上的系统思维习惯,工作实践中善于优化组合的工作自觉和外部保障中功能耦合的制度体系。

In order to further promote the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,we should not only make it clear that the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics is"five-in-one",but also pay attention to the methodological requirements implied behind the overall layout,that is,we should use the system analysis method and pay attention to the systematization,integrity and coordination of development.Specifically,we should correctly understand and deal with the status of the economic,political,cultural,social and ecological construction and their internal relations;adjust the structural relations among the economic,political,cultural,social and ecological construction with the change of the space conditions;grasp the core and key of the overall layout is integration and overall function optimization;upgrade the inner requirement of realizing the overall layout into habits of thinking,work consciousness and system guarantee.
