经典Wnt通路在骨塑型中的作用机制的研究进展 被引量:3

Advances in research on the mechanism of canonical Wnt signaling in bone remodeling

摘要 骨重塑是一个动态的过程,通过成骨作用和破骨作用两种相反的进程进行调控。大量学者研究并证实了经典Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路在骨重塑中具有重要作用,主要表现在Wnt/β-catenin信号通路可直接调节成骨细胞增殖及分化,直接或间接调节破骨细胞的增殖及分化。本综述重点论述了经典Wnt信号通路如何介导成骨及破骨作用,及其相关的关键分子。同时也论述了生理状态下机械应力如何激活经典Wnt通路并介导骨重塑的机制,以及体外模拟体内细胞受力状态的研究进展。 Bone remodeling is a dynamic process that is regulated by two opposite processes: osteogenesis and osteolysis. A large number of scholars have studied and confirmed that the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays an important role in bone remodeling, which directly regulates proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts, and directly or indirectly regulates proliferation and differentiation of osteoclasts. This review focused on how the canonical Wnt signaling pathway mediates osteogenesis and osteolysis and related key molecules. On the other hand, this review also discussed how mechanical stress activates the canonical Wnt pathway and mediates bone remodeling under physiological conditions, and progresses in simulation of mechanical stress of cells in vivo.
