运用法治思维和法治方式惩治腐败,是依法治国在反腐败工作中的具体体现。大数据作为一种新型的具有超强渗透力和影响力的资源,理应成为法治反腐的重要手段。传统的侦查模式已经无法应对查办职务犯罪过程中遇到的种种难题,面对新的挑战,专案侦查员从传统的寻找“物质痕迹”转变为寻找“信息痕迹”,根据海量的案件数据,建立起合理的恰当的数据模型来认识案件,可以在短时间内将犯罪嫌疑人基本情况、关联线索信息、行踪轨迹、人际关系网络等情况清晰分析展示。在数据优先、关联分析、数据共享与协作理念下,建立以数据为载体的“信息引导侦查”思维模式,能在新时代反腐中大大提高查处职务犯罪案件的效率和质量。
