2012—2017年新疆生产建设兵团乌鲁木齐血站无偿献血者人群结构调查

Investigation on the structure of voluntary blood donors in Urumqi Blood Station of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps dating from 2012 to 2017

目的了解本站无偿献血者人群结构及分布的特征,为血站制定科学、合理、有效的招募策略。方法针对2012—2017年在兵团乌鲁木齐血站参加无偿献血的献血者,通过血站业务软件现代血站管理信息系统SHINOW9.0系统查询具体资料,进行统计分析。结果 2012—2017年献血合计24 220人,男女性别比例2.16∶1,18—45岁献血者占85.41%,汉族献血比例达到83.73%,高中或中专及以下学历和其他职业是献血的主力军,已婚献血者高于未婚献血者比例,血型分布O>B>A>AB,RhD阴性率为0.91%。结论无偿献血人群在性别、年龄、学历、民族、职业、婚姻状况方面都有显著分布特征,在制定献血者招募计划时,可根据不同人群特征,有针对性的制定宣传招募策略。

Objective To understand the constructure and distribution trend of blood donors in Urumqi Blood Station of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and to provide a scientific basis for the effective recruitment of blood donors.Methods A total of 24 220 blood donation records during 2012-2017 in our center were collected.We analyzed distribution and variation trend regarding age,gender,nationality,occupation,marital status,background of education and donation types using SHINOW9.0.Results Among the total 24 220 donors,the numbers of men were more than women,the average sex ratio was 2.16∶1.People aged 18-45,and Han nationality were the majority of donors with a percentage of 85.41%and 83.73%,respectively.The most education was high school and technical secondary school or below.As for marital status,married blood donors exceeded unmarried.Blood type distribution was as follows:typeO>B>A>AB.The percentage of RHD negative donors was 0.91%.Conclusion Results from this study offer guidelines for improved donor recruitment in the future.
