摘要 糖尿病肾病逐步成为我国终末期肾病的主要病因。在糖尿病肾病的发病过程中,足细胞的损伤扮演着举足轻重的角色。近年来,随着对肾小球足细胞的研究深入,发现足细胞的表观遗传修饰、氧化应激、糖代谢异常、血流动力学改变、炎性细胞因子、胰岛素抵抗等损伤机制及相关蛋白的影响作用,对糖尿病肾病的调控机制及疾病进展具有重要意义。 In China,diabetic nephropathy has evolved as one of the main causes leading to end-stage renal disease.Furthermore,podocyte injury is considered a critical factor in the development of diabetic nephropathy.In recent years,with the in-depth exploration in glomerular podocytes,researchers have found that the damage mechanisms of podocytes injure in diabetic nephropathy such as oxidative stress,abnormal glucose metabolism,hemodynamic changes,inflammatory cytokines,insulin resistance and the influence of podocyte-associated protein exert an important role in the improvement of disease controlling and regulating.
