体外膜肺氧合在严重胸外伤抢救中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 胸外伤是临床上一种常见的胸外科疾病,可引起急性肺损伤,导致低氧血症,从而出现呼吸窘迫综合征,改善低氧血症一直是严重胸外伤抢救中的重点[1,2]。为保证良好的气体交换,避免通气过度和气道高压,体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)技术是最佳的选择[3,4]。ECMO能有效改善低氧血症,提高组织氧摄取率,降低手术风险[5,6]。本文报道2例严重胸外伤抢救患者,探讨ECMO在严重胸外伤抢救中的应用。
