摘要
针对标签的操作,采用现有真空吸盘只能勉强完成吸取标签工作,在吸取标签过程中往往容易出现标签褶皱现象,同时提供正压力进行标签粘贴时,不能提供足够的正压力而且无法保证标签粘贴的牢固度。因此,设计了与标签操作匹配的真空系统回路,设计了多孔阵列型真空吸盘,采用有限元模拟技术对真空吸盘的关键参数气管直径,圆形阵列孔的孔径、孔数和孔距进行了优化。
Aiming at the operation to the labels,the use of the existing vacuum suckers can barely finish the labeling work,and labels folds tend to appear in the labeling process.At the same time,it can not provide sufficient positive pressure and can not guarantee the firmness of the sticker of the labels when it is stuck of the label by providing positive pressure.Therefore,the vacuum system loop matching label operation was researched,and the porous array vacuum sucker was designed.The key parameters of the vacuum chuck,such as the diameters of the trachea,the size of the holes,the numbers of the holes,the distance of the holes,were optimized by finite element simulation.
