摘要
金属制桶工艺中需对桶身进行180°翻转。为适应制桶企业多规格、小批量、智能化的生产需求,设计针对不同规格、形状的立式钢桶桶身高速翻转设备的PLC控制系统。通过步进、伺服电机驱动的翻转机构位置、速度分析,实现桶身翻转动作过程与优化。通过气动系统压力PID控制,实现桶身夹持及翻转力的精确及连续控制。经企业实践,该系统运行稳定可靠,符合要求,具有良好的经济效益与技术借鉴意义。
It need to turnover 180°drum body in metal drum making process.To meet production requirements of non-unified standards,small batch and intelligence,a PLC control system of the vertical steel drum body high-speed turnover equipment for different specifications and shapes was designed.By analyzing the position and speed of the turnover mechanism driven by stepping motor and servomotor,drum body action process and optimization were realized.Through PID control to the pneumatic system pressure,accurate and continuous control of clamping and turning force on drum body was realized.It is proved by enterprise practice that the system is reliable and stable,and meets enterprises requirement.It achieves good economic benefits and technical reference significance.
