摘要
针对轧机AGC液压缸静动态特性的重要性,开发了一套一键式AGC液压缸性能测试系统平台,采用高速数据采集系统实时采集分析测试数据,实现测试操作与报告生成的实时同步。实际测试结果表明,该系统平台可有效测试AGC液压缸静动态特性,测试系统平台运行可靠,数据分析清晰准确,测试功能满足用户需求。
For the importance of static and dynamic characteristic of rolling mill AGC hydraulic cylinder,a one-click AGC hydraulic cylinder characteristic testing system platform was developed,utilizing process data acquisition system to real-time collect and analyze testing data,synchronously achieving the testing operation and report generation.Actual testing results show the platform can be used to test the AGC hydraulic cylinder static and dynamic characteristics effectively,it works reliably,data analysis is clear and actual,meeting the demand of user’s testing capabilities.
