摘要
根据可调导向清边刀的结构特点,分析导向板安装过程,着重突出导向板的固定方法。清边刀导向板弹簧锁紧结构简单,便于助力拆装,但弹簧弹力必须在合理范围内,既要保证拆装方便,又要保证压力足够。在分析过程中,建立锁紧过程的力学模型,推导导向板锁紧力计算公式,提出保证锁紧可靠的基本条件。根据弹簧材料和结构设计尺寸,选择弹簧主要参数,验算导向板拆卸助力大小和对导向板锁紧力的影响。结果表明:弹簧的弹力对锁紧影响不大,导向板转动锁紧与操作者的正确操作有密切关系。
According to the structure characteristics of the adjustable guide cutter for cleaning edge,the installation process of the guide plate was analyzed,and the fixed method of the guide plate was emphasized.The spring locking structure of the guide plate was simple,convenient for disassembly and assembly,but the spring elasticity must be in a reasonable range,because it was necessary to ensure that the disassembly and assembly was convenient,and the pressure was enough.In the analysis process,the mechanical model of the locking process was established,the formula for calculating the locking force of the guide plate was derived,and the basic conditions for ensuring the reliability of the locking were put forward.According to the spring material and structure size,the main parameters of the spring were selected,and the assistant force of the guide plate disassembly and the influence on the locking force of the guide plate were checked.The results show that the spring elasticity has little influence on the locking,and the rotation locking of the guide plate is closely related to the correct operation of operator.
