利用故障树分析法对某单位数控加工用刀具集中自动存储立体库堆垛机货叉故障进行系统分析、梳理,建立堆垛机货叉故障快速诊断树,用于指导维修人员快速判别故障原因,及时高效排除设备故障。同时,也为其他设备故障提供参考。
