1000 MW超超临界二次再热机组掺烧高硫煤的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以国电泰州电厂新建工程2×1000MW超超临界二次再热机组工程3号机组作为掺烧高硫煤试验研究对象,在800 MW负荷下进行不同比例的高硫煤掺烧试验,分析机组掺烧高硫煤后的安全性、经济性和环保性,确定机组最佳掺烧比例。不同掺烧比例下,测量锅炉飞灰含碳量、大渣含碳量、炉膛壁面氛围参数、锅炉效率、制粉耗电率、风机耗电率、脱硫耗电率、厂用电率和空气预热器冷端综合温度等指标,计算发电成本。经过试验确定,800 MW负荷时,经过掺烧高硫煤,可以将煤中硫分平均值控制在1%左右,机组经济性、安全性和环保性最佳,机组年节约成本约44万元。 Unit 3 of 2×1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit with double reheat cycle of Taizhou Power Plant is taken as the research object on blending high sulfur coal. In order to obtain the optimum blending ratio, the safety, economy and environmental protection of the unit were analyzed through high sulfur coal burning tests under the load of 800 MW. In order to calculate the power generation cost, many index were measured under different mixing ratio, such as carbon content of fly ash, carbon content of slag, furnace wall atmosphere parameters, boiler efficiency, milling power consumption, fan power consumption, desulfurization power consumption, plant electricity consumption rate, preheater cold end integrated temperature. Under the load of 800 MW, when the sulfur content of the coal can be controlled at about 1% through adjustment the blending ratio of high-sulfur coal, the unit economy, safety and environmental protection of the unit can be the best, and the annual unit cost can be saved about RMB 440,000.
