面巾纸用柔软剂的乳化制备及性能研究

A study on preparation of softener for facial tissue and its properties

为获得综合性能优异的面巾纸用柔软剂,实验选取多种市面上常见的可用于面巾纸的氨基硅油柔软剂及改性氨基硅油柔软剂,实验从柔软剂的离子性、工厂化生产难易程度、安全性、成本等角度对多种柔软剂进行分类、乳化探究、乳液复配和喷涂。对用乳液处理后的面巾纸性能进行分析,进行了柔软度、平滑度、抗张性、亲水性和保湿性等方面的测试,并优选出性能优异的三种柔软剂,并对最优样品通过红外进行成分判定。

In order to develop a kind of softener with good per formance for facial t issue,amino silicone sof teners and modif ied amino silicone sof teners were selected for testing.Classification,emulsification performance,emulsion preparation and spraying were conducted for a variety of softeners according to the ionicity,easy production in factory,safety,and low cost.The properties of facial tissue were analyzed after emulsion treatment to measure softness,smoothness,tensile stre ngth,hydrophilicity,and moisture retention,by which three kinds of sof teners with bet ter performances were selected out.Finally the three kinds of softeners were characterized through infrared spectroscopy.
