摘要
分别用国标烘箱法、红外干燥法和卤素干燥法测定三种生活用纸的含水率,同时优化红外干燥法、卤素干燥法的测定条件。结果表明:称样量在5~7.5g之间的红外干燥法、关机条件设置为1mg/10s或者1m g/20s的卤素干燥法与国标烘箱法检测结果具有良好的一致性和替代性,且效率高,成本低。
The moisture content of three kinds of tissue paper was measured by oven-drying,infrared drying and halogen drying respectively.Meanwhile,the determining conditions with infrared drying method and halogen drying method were optimized respectively.The results showed that both infrared drying with 5 grams to 7.5 grams sampling weight and halogen drying with shutdown condition set to 1 mg/10 s or 1 mg/20 s,have a good consistency and substitution to the oven-drying specified in the state standard,which are featured by high efficiency and low cost.
