重庆滨江地块深填方地基处理技术初探

摘要 该文通过对重庆一深填方滨江地块的地基处理设计方案进行介绍,提出了一种在地基土中进行高压旋喷注浆[1]形成增强体的复合地基处理措施。这种方案最大的优点是既满足上部结构对地基承载力特征值及变形参数要求,又可以显著地较少工程造价,可以广泛应用到深填方滨江地块的建设当中去。通过实践证明,这种方法既经济又可靠,具有较大的发展潜力。 This paper introduced the design scheme of the foundation treatment of a deep-fill riverside block in Chongqing, and proposed the composite foundation treatment method of implementing high-pressure rotary jet grouting to form reinforcement in the foundation soil. The biggest advantage of this scheme is that it not only satisfies the requirements of the upper structure on the characteristic value of the bearing capacity and the deformation parameters of the foundation, but also significantly reduces the construction cost. It can be widely applied to the construction of the deep-fill riverside block. The practice proves that this method is economical and reliable, with great development prospects.
