摘要
将矿山开采作业中使用的液压绳锯机切割技术引入城区桥梁拆除工程,利用切割设备的金刚石链条在液压马达驱动下,按一定的步骤将桥梁待拆部位研磨分割为规整块件,随后将其运离施工现场进行破碎处理。该技术所用设备轻便,效率较高,且在施工现场采用静力湿作业切割,噪音小、无振动、无扬尘,能满足现阶段城市绿色施工要求。该文从工艺原理、技术特点、施工方法、安全技术措施、技术创新点及推广应用前景几方面对该种桥梁拆除技术进行论述,为城区类似桥梁拆除的施工方案提供了参考。
The cutting technique of hydraulic wire saw used in mining operations is introduced into the demolition project of urban bridges. Driven by hydraulic motor, the diamond chain as a cutting device grinds and dismantles the bridge into regular pieces by certain steps, and then transports them away from the construction site for crushing treatment. The equipment used in this technique is light and efficient, with static wet cutting at the construction site, showing advantages of low noise, no vibration or dust, which can meet the requirements of urban green construction nowadays. This paper discussed this kind of bridge demolition technique from the aspects of process principle, technical characteristics, construction method, safety technical measures, technical innovation and popularization and application prospects, providing references for the similar bridge demolition in cities.
