电动车用铅酸电池正极结构分析

摘要 本文从物相组成、形貌结构、孔径分布等方面对正极活性物质进行了讨论。正极3BS铅膏经过化成后,孔直径为1μm左右,远小于负极和AGM隔板孔直径。铅膏的制备技术和化成工艺都会对化成后铅膏中α-PbO2含量产生明显影响。循环过程中颗粒连接会遭到破坏,降低正极容量。 In this paper, the active substances of positive electrode are discussed in terms of phase composition, morphology, pore size distribution, etc. After formation, the pore diameter of PAM is about 1 μm, which is much smaller than that of negative electrode and AGM. Both the preparation technology of lead paste and the forming process have obvious influence on the content of α-PbO2, and the particle connection will be destroyed and the positive electrode capacity will be reduced during the cycle.
