摘要 二元复合驱采出液中含有大量的表面活性剂和聚合物,油滴的界面张力增强,油水乳化严重,比常规水驱和聚驱处理难度大。通过物理化学法、生物化学法、物理过滤法3种污水处理工艺现场试验研究发现,以“气浮+生物处理+高级氧化+负压表面过滤”为主体的生物化学法处理工艺可以使采出水处理后达到二元复合驱复配的水质指标要求,且含油质量浓度小于10mg/L、悬浮物质量浓度小于10mg/L,30d后保黏率为95.4%、界面张力小于1×10^-2mN/m,配伍性和长期稳定性较好,可以作为二元复合驱采出水处理工艺设计的主体工艺技术。在工业化推广时,对生物处理前端、除垢、过滤等工艺单元可做进一步的优化。 There are a lot of surfactants and polymers in the produced liquid of binary compound flooding. The interfacial tension of oil droplets is high and oil-water emulsification is serious, so the treatment is more difficult than that of conventional water flooding and polymer flooding. Through field tests of three wastewater treatment processes,namely physical-chemical method,biochemical method and physical filtration method, it is found that the biochemical treatment process with "air flotation +biological treatment + advanced oxidation + negative pressure surface filtration" as the main body can make the treated water meet the requirements of water quality index of binary flooding, its oil mass concentration is less than 10 mg/L,and suspended solid mass concentration is less than 10 mg/L. After30 days,the viscosity retention rate is 95.4%,and the interfacial tension is less than 1×10-2 mN/m. It also has good compatibility and long-term stability,and can be used as the main process technology in the design of produced water treatment process of binary compound flooding. In the process of industrialized popularization, the front-end of biological treatment, scale removal, filtration and other process units can be further optimized.
