芦荟改性黏胶纤维织物热湿舒适性的模糊综合评判 被引量:3

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on Thermal-Moisture Comfort of Aloe-Modified Viscose Fiber Fabrics

摘要 芦荟改性黏胶纤维织物常应用于服装和家用纺织品领域,为了解芦荟改性黏胶纤维织物的热湿舒适性,以6种芦荟改性黏胶纤维及其混纺纱制成的织物为研究对象,测试其保温率、透气率、透湿量和吸水率4个指标,并运用模糊综合评价法对6种织物在不同的用途和环境下的热湿舒适性做了综合评价。结果表明:若织物用于夏季服装和家纺织物,6种织物的热湿舒适性能由优到差依次为:弹力色织布、纬弹色织皱布、平布、纵凸条布、纬剪花色织布、双层色织布;若织物用于冬季服装和家纺织物,6种织物的热湿舒适性能由优到差依次为:弹力色织布、纬剪花色织布、纬弹色织皱布、纵凸条布、平布、双层色织布。无论织物是用于夏季服装和家纺织物,还是冬季服装和家纺织物,弹力色织布的热湿舒适性能最好,双层色织布的热湿舒适性能最差。 Aloe-modified viscose fiber fabrics are often used in the field of apparel and home textiles. To understand the thermal-moisture comfort of aloe-modified viscose fiber fabrics, six kinds of aloe-modified viscose fiber fabrics and blended fabrics were taken as research objectives. Heat preservation rate, air permeability, water vapor permeability and water absorption rate were tested. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to overall evaluate thermal-moisture comfort of six aloe-modified viscose fiber fabrics and blended fabrics under different uses and environmental conditions. The results show that: if the fabrics are used for summer garments and home textiles, the thermal-moisture comfort of the six fabrics are ranked from superior to poor as: elastic yarn-dyed fabric, weft elastic yarn-dyed fabric, plain fabric, longitudinal ribbed fabric, weft shear yarn-dyed fabric, and double-layer yarn-dyed fabric. If the fabrics are used for winter garments and home textiles, the six fabrics are ranked from superior to poor as elastic yarn-dyed fabric, weft shear yarn-dyed fabric, weft elastic yarn-dyed fabric, longitudinal ribbed fabric, plain fabric and double-layer yarn-dyed fabric. No matter whether the fabrics are used for summer garments and home textiles, or for winter garments and home textiles, elastic yarn-dyed fabric has the best thermal-moisture comfort, while double-layer yarn-dyed fabric has the worst thermal-moisture comfort.
