某油公司部分区块油井生产的原油黏度较高,采用单井储油罐贮存原油,把储油罐中的原油加热到一定温度,再用罐车外运。原油加热中需要消耗大量燃煤,加热效率低,能源浪费严重,而且大气污染物排放达不到环保要求。应用空气源热泵加热技术,替换在用的燃煤单井储油罐,实现单井储油罐在加热过程中安全、环保、节能的要求。
