摘要 某油公司部分区块油井生产的原油黏度较高,采用单井储油罐贮存原油,把储油罐中的原油加热到一定温度,再用罐车外运。原油加热中需要消耗大量燃煤,加热效率低,能源浪费严重,而且大气污染物排放达不到环保要求。应用空气源热泵加热技术,替换在用的燃煤单井储油罐,实现单井储油罐在加热过程中安全、环保、节能的要求。 the oil produced in some oil blocks of an oil company has a high viscosity. The oil is stored in a single well storage tank. The oil in the storage tank is heated to a certain temperature and then transported abroad by tank truck. The heating of crude oil needs to consume a large amount of coal, with low heating efficiency and serious energy waste, and the emission of air pollutants cannot meet the requirements of environmental protection. Air source heat pump heating technology is applied to replace the single well coal storage tank in use, so as to realize the requirements of safety, environmental protection and energy saving in the heating process of single well storage tank.
