延长抽油机V带使用寿命的探讨

Discussion on Prolonging the Service Life of Pumping Unit V-Belts

针对油田存在的“V带产品检验合格,实际使用寿命偏低”的问题,从检验V带产品依据的标准、V带生产工艺、V带的安装与使用三个方面进行探讨,介绍了延长抽油机V带使用寿命的主要途径,降低生产成本,达到节能降耗的效果。

In view of the problem of “V-belt product inspection qualified and low actual service life” in the oilfield, the three aspects of product inspection standard,V-belt production process and V-belt installation and use were discussed. The main ways to prolong the service life of V-belts were introduced, to reduce the production cost and to achieve the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption.
