摘要
投捞水嘴是注水井测试的一项常规工作,为克服下行阻力提高投捞成功率,目前常用的手段是依靠在投捞仪器上安装加重杆来实现,但加重杆在使用过程中存在一定的安全隐患,同时依靠重力实行加速需要一定的投捞距离,投捞效率比较低。针对这一问题,结合现场实际研制了一种较为轻便高效的投捞助推器来代替常规的加重杆,新型助推器利用井液的反冲实现在指定位置的有效加速,克服阻力效果更好,提高了工作效率和投捞成功率,减轻了工人的劳动强度,在现场应用中取得了较好的效果。
throw out water mouth is injection well test of a regular work, in order to overcome the downside resistance increases cast get success rate, at present commonly used method is depend on weight bar installed on the cast out of the instrument, but the weight bar in use process has certain security hidden danger,at the same time rely on gravity acceleration needs certain cast out of distance, fishing efficiency is low. In order to solve this problem, combined with the actual development of a more efficient light shot out of the booster to replace conventional bar, a new type of booster using the well liquid recoil realize effective acceleration at the specified position, to overcome the resistance effect is better, improve the working efficiency and get success rate, reduce the labor intensity of the workers,and good results have been achieved in field application.
