高含水油田注水系统节能改造对策及分析 被引量:2

摘要 大港油田分公司羊三木油田经过多年开发已进入高含水期,该油田注水站唯一、注水压力等级单一、注水量大、注水井分布集中,因此节能改造潜力大、见效快。对该油田注水系统开展深入分析,挖掘节能潜力,存在注水系统效率低、单井注水压力差异分级化,系统压力就高不就低,管道结垢压损大、能耗高等问题,提出高低压分离、系统降压+局部增压、注水管道除垢等节能改造对策,并预测节能效益,从而达到优化注水地面工艺,降管损、降能耗、提效率、提效益的目的。 After several years of development,Yangsanmu Oilfield has entered a high water- cut period. The water injection station of the oil field is unique, the water injection pressure level is single, the water injection volume is large, and the water injection well is concentrated. Therefore, the energy- saving transformation potential is large and effective. The water injection system of the oilfield is analyzed in depth to tap the potential of energy saving. For the problems of low water injection efficiency,differential classification of single well injection pressure,high or low system pressure, large scale pressure loss and high energy consumption in water injection system, energy-saving transformation countermeasures such as high and low pressure separation, system pressure reduction + partial pressure increase, water injection pipeline scale removal are put forward,and energy-saving benefits are predicted,so as to reach the goal of optimizingwater injection technology,reducing pipe loss,energy consumption,improving efficiency and benefit.
