摘要
通过室内药剂筛选和复配,研制出复合清洗剂SQZ-01和复合破乳剂SPG-1。与现有药剂相比,清洗剂SQZ-01将污泥除油率由82.13%提高到90.85%,复合破乳剂SPG-1将污泥处理过程中回收污油的水含量从0.89%降低到0.54%。通过室内实验确定了最优污泥调制-离心处理工艺参数:泥水比为1∶5,搅拌时间为90min,搅拌温度为70℃,清洗剂SQZ-01加量为1500mg/L,复合破乳剂SPG-1加量为300mg/L。在20批次现场污泥处理试验中,有15批次处理后污泥含油量能够满足铺设、垫设井场标准要求(<2%),合格率为75%。
Different oilfield chemical detergents and demulsifiers were selected for optimizing and screening, reagents optimized and proportioning, centrifugal process parameters and dosage were optimized, and field tests were required. The changes of oil content, water content and solids content of sludge before and after treatment were investigated. Detergent SQZ- 01 and composite demulsifier SPG-1 were selected from the laboratory study. Detergent SQZ-01 increased the removal rate of sludge oil content by 8.72%. The removal of water content in oil phase by the composite demulsifier SPG-1 is 1.65 times that of the present demulsifier in sludge station. In the laboratory concentration optimization test,the combination dose SQZ -01was 1 500 mg /L and the demulsifier SPG -1was 300mg/L. Field test results showed that 15 out of 20 batches of the treated sludge contained less than 2% oil,which met the standard requirements for laying and laying well site in Heilongjiang province.
