摘要
为了实现放大器在2.4~2.5GHz范围内低噪声、高增益、输入输出阻抗匹配等性能指标,通过ADS2011仿真软件优化设计硬件电路,提出并加工制作了基于ATF54143的新型平衡式低噪声放大器.实测结果表明,该平衡式低噪声放大器的噪声系数低于3dB,增益高达10dB,输入端驻波比小于1.5,且输出端驻波比小于3.测试过程中发现在保证噪声系数较小的情况下,通过选取合适的偏置点可以明显地提高放大器的线性度.提出的平衡式低噪声放大器可以较好地应用于无线局域网领域,具有较强的实用价值.
Based on ATF54143, this paper presents a new balanced low noise amplifier (BLNA), which can achieve low noise, high gain and good input/output impedance matching at the range of 2.4 to 2.5 GHz. By the simulation software of ADS2011, the circuit of the presented BLNA is optimized to meet the needs of the specifications. And, it is fabricated for the practice experiment. The experimental results show that the noise figure (NF) is lower than 3 dB, the gain is more than 10 dB, the input voltage standing-wave ratio (VSWR) was lower than 1.5 and the output VSWR is lower than 3. At the process of the test, it can be found that the linearity of the BLNA can be improved significantly by choosing the appropriate bias value with the lower NF. Thus, the proposed BLNA can be successfully applied in the wireless LNA domain and is of certain practice value.
