我国城乡人口变化与建设用地扩张的脱钩分析

Study on the Decoupling between Urban and Rural Population and Construction Land Expansion in China

基于2009-2016年省级城乡人口及城乡建设用地数据,运用脱钩分析模型及GIS空间分析方法,对我国城乡人口与城乡建设用地的变化关系进行定量评价.研究表明:我国城镇人口数量持续增加,乡村人口数量减少,总人口增长,人口增长较快省区多位于我国西部地区;我国建设用地面积总体呈现增长趋势,且中西部地区增长速度相对较快;我国城乡人口与建设用地发展极不协调,多数省区城乡人口与建设用地呈现不同程度的脱钩关系,我国城乡普遍用地效率不高.

Based on the panel data of inter-provincial urban and rural population and construction land in China during 2009-2016, using the decoupling analysis model and GIS spatial analysis method, this paper quantitatively evaluates and qualitatively analyzes the relationship between urban and rural population and construction land in China. The results of the study indicate that the number of urban population in China continues to increase, the number of rural population continues to decrease, the total population increases;The provinces with rapid population growth are mostly located in western China;The total construction land area in China shows an increasing trend, and the growth rate in the central and western regions of China is relatively fast;The development of the urban and rural population and construction land area in China is extremely incoherent;The population of urban and rural areas in most provinces and districts has a certain degree of decoupling relationship with construction land;The efficiency of land use in urban and rural areas in China is generally not high.
