新形势下工程造价咨询企业的发展思路研究

我国的造价咨询企业经过三十余年的发展,已经形成一定的规模。在“放管服”、“全过程工程咨询”等新形势下,造价咨询企业的发展面临着新的挑战和机遇。文章通过对造价咨询企业面临的新的外部政策环境、目前的市场和行业环境、企业内部情况的分析和研究,研究了工程咨询企业发展的新方向,并提出相应的发展策略和思路,供广大的造价咨询企业参考。造价咨询企业想要发展,必须顺应外部环境的变化,同时苦练内功,必须提高自身的人员素质,重视企业信用,加强企业数据、BIM、“互联网+”等新技术手段的应用,向规模化、综合化和国际化方向发展;要发展全过程工程咨询,打造全过程工程咨询的产业链条,提升企业的核心竞争力,提高企业的抗风险能力,加速企业的转型升级。

More than thirty years have passed since the first appearance of China ' s engineering consulting industry. Under the new situation of "release, management, service" and "whole process engineering consultation", the development of cost consultation enterprises is facing new challenges and opportunities. Through the analysis and research of the new external policy environment, the current market and industry environment, and the internal situation of the enterprise, this paper studies the new direction of the development of the engineering consulting enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding development strategies and ideas for the reference of the cost consulting enterprises. Under the new situation, if the cost consulting companies want to develop, they must comply with the changes of the external environment ,improve the quality of employees , pay more attention to enterprise credit, strengthen the application of new technologies such as enterprise data, BIM, Internet +,and lead the company to the direction of scale, integration and internationalization. They also need to develop the whole process of engineering consultation, build the industry chain of the whole process engineering consultation,enhance the core competitiveness , improve the ability to resist risks, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
