摘要
在建设工程施工过程中,对工程成本进行科学管控、精细化管理是目前建筑施工企业在项目经营管理方面需要重点解决的问题。建筑信息模型(BIM),可以实现建筑信息的集成,使各种信息始终整合于一个三维模型信息数据库中,能够使施工各方进行协同工作,从而有效提高工作效率、节省资源、降低成本。BIM技术已经在新建项目工程成本管理中发挥一定作用,体现出了优势并得到广泛推广。古建筑工程与新建工程的BIM技术应用有本质区别,古建筑是建筑中没有生命终结的建筑类型,通常30~50年进行一次修缮,因此,更需要应用BIM技术对其进行辅助管理。戒台寺千佛阁项目引用BIM技术对古建筑工程成本进行辅助管理,从深化设计、三维可视化交底、科学提料、构件放样加工、优化工期等方面进行优化调整,在人、料、机及施工管理等方面均有不同程度的提高,最终得到很好的经济效益和社会效益。
Scientific control and fine management of engineering cost in the construction process is the key problem that construction enterprises need to solve in project management. Building information model (BIM) can realize the integration of building information, so that all kinds of information are always integrated in a 3D model information database. It can also enable construction parties to work together, effectively improve work efficiency, save resources and reduce costs. BIM technology has already played a certain role in the cost management of newly-built projects, showing its advantages and being widely promoted. There are essential differences between the application of BIM technology in ancient building engineering and new building engineering. Ancient buildings are the type of buildings where there is no end of life, and they are usually repaired every 30-50 years. Therefore, it is more necessary to apply BIM technology for auxiliary management. BIM technology is applied to assist the management of ancient architecture project cost in Jietai Temple Qianfo Attic project, which is optimized and adjusted in terms of in-depth design, 3D visualization disclosure, scientific material extraction, component lofting and processing, and optimization of construction period. In manpower, materials, machinery and construction management and other aspects have varying degrees of improvement, and finally get good economic and social benefits.
