摘要
为研究肺形草的化学成分,采用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20、反相高效液相制备色谱对该植物的乙酸乙酯层进行分离纯化,通过1 H NMR和13 C NMR波谱技术进行结构鉴定.结果表明:从乙酸乙酯层中分离得到了8个化合物,分别鉴定为2′-acetamido-3′-phenylpropyl 2-benzamido-3-phenyl propionate(1)、1,3,5-三羟基口山酮(2)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯(3)、咖啡酸乙酯(4)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(5)、1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基口山酮(6)、morroniside(7)、1,3,7-三羟基-4-C-β-D-葡萄糖基呫吨酮(8).其中化合物1~5为首次从该植物中分离得到.
To investigate the chemical constituents of Tripterospermum chinense,the EtOAc extract of the whole plant were separated and purified by column chromatography with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and ODS-HPLC.The structures of the constituents were identified by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR.The results indicated that eight compounds were isolated from the extract and identified as 2′-acetamido-3′-phenylpropyl 2-benzamido-3-phenyl propionate(1),1,3,5-trihydroxyxanthone(2),3-Hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid methyl ester(3),ethyl caffeate(4),dibutyl phthalate(5),1,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone(6),morroniside(7),lancerin(8).The compounds 1-5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
