新时代社区教育发展的路径研究

新时代社区教育面临的主要矛盾是社区居民日益增长的个性化、多样化学习需求与社区教育不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。社区教育是满足社会与个人持续发展、实现受教育者个性化学习需求、助推社会文化繁荣和个人文化自信的教育,人们对社区教育的发展日益呈现出高质量、高水平和多元化期盼,对其内涵的要求也越来越丰富,但社区教育却面临发展不平衡不充分的困境。解决的途径是加强顶层设计、构建社区教育制度体系,推进社区教育治理体系和治理能力建设,构建社区教育资源开放共享机制,加快社区教育信息化进程,以需求为导向满足人们个性化、多样化的学习需求,建立协同发展机制、确保社区教育高质量发展。

The principal contradiction of the community education in new era is the contradiction between the ever-growing personalized,diversified learning needs of the community residents and the unbalance,insufficient development of the community education. The community education can meet the sustainable development of the society and individual,meet the learners’ personalized learning needs and boost the prosperity of the social culture. The community education should be high-quality,high-level,diversified and have profound connotation. The solution is to enhance the top-level design,build a community education system,boost the construction of the community education governance system and governance capability,build a sharing mechanism for the community education resources,accelerate the process of the informationization of the community education,build a coordinated development mechanism to meet people’s personalized and diversified learning needs.
