摘要
高校在高层次人才引进方面存在人才招聘、人才发展、人才流失等三个方面的风险。应对这些风险。高校应对引进人才设置试用期考核制度,关心引进人才的发展,加大对校内人才的培养和资助力度。
There are three risks in the introduction of high-level talents in colleges and universities: talent recruitment, talent development and brain drain. To deal with these risks, colleges and universities should set up a probation assessment system for introducing talents, pay attention to the development of introducing talents, and increase the training and funding of talents inside the school.
