摘要
本文介绍了普传科技低压变频器PI500系列在恒压供水系统中的应用情况,通过变频器内置的PID控制器,改变水泵转速,维持管网压力的基本恒定。与传统供水方式相比变频恒压供水节能约30%-60%,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper introduces the application of PI500 series of low-voltage inverter in the constant pressure wat er supply system. By the PID controller built into the inverter, the pump speed can be changed to maintain the basic constant pressure of the pipe network. Comparing with the traditional water supply mode, the energy saving of vari able frequency constant pressure water supply is about 30%-60%, which has higher economic and social benefits.
