摘要 针对在新形势下如何突破目前石油市场的油价持续低迷重围,实现油田油井开发生产提质增效成为一项重要的研究课题。胜利油田积极开展了有益的实践与探索,依靠技术工艺创新,集成挖潜低成本生产工艺新技术,提升油井开发质量和整体系统效率,实现油田节能降耗和降本增效,介绍了油田所采取的氮气泡沫调剖注汽凝胶堵调工艺技术、不动管柱挤二氧化碳冷采吞吐工艺技术、高温螺杆泵掺水工艺技术、低成本压裂工艺优化技术、螺杆泵变频直驱电机工艺技术等5项低成本创新工艺技术的技术原理、使用条件和现场应用效果。实践证明,这些低成本创新工艺技术措施对油井提质增效均十分有效。 Under the new situation, how to break through the current oil market oil prices continued to slump, the realization of oil field development and production quality and efficiency has become an important research topic. Shengli Oilfield actively carry out the beneficial practice and the exploration, relying on technology innovation, the integration of new technology potential low cost production process, improve the efficiency of the oil well development quality and the overall system, to achieve energy saving and lowering the efficiency of oil, oil is introduced by nitrogen foam profile control steam injection technology, gel plugging without moving pipe column packed carbon dioxide cold production technology, high throughput screw pump water blending technology and low cost fracturing technology optimization of screw pump, direct drive motor frequency conversion technology and 5 low cost innovation technology technical principle, application conditions and application effect. Practice has proved that these low cost innovation technology measures are very effective to improve the quality and efficiency of oil wells.
