石油钻井工程具有工程量大、复杂、技术要求高等特点,在钻井工程的开展过程中会消耗大量的人力和财力,有数据显示,钻井工程投资成本量占整个工程的四成左右,所以说钻井工程成本研究对于钻井工程的经济效益意义重大。论文主要以如何降低钻井工程成本消耗为中心展开论述,提出解决钻井工程成本消耗问题的具体措施。

Petroleum drilling engineering has the characteristics of large amount of engineering, complexity and high technical requirements. It will consume a lot of manpower and financial resources in the process of drilling engineering development. Data show that the investment cost of drilling engineering accounts for about 40% of the total project, so the cost study of drilling engineering is of great significance to the economic benefits of drilling engineering. This paper mainly discusses how to reduce the cost consumption of drilling engineering, and puts forward specific measures to solve the cost consumption of drilling engineering.
