Exploration on the Supply Chain Management Informatization of Chemical Enterprises

在竞争日益激烈的现代社会,以竞争主体的供应链成为商业竞争的主要竞争形式,要想在竞争中取胜,在交货方式上就要比竞争者更加快捷高效,其关键就在于优化企业的供应链设计。企业供应链的优化设计是建立在供应链信息管理理论和技术的基础上的,论文通过分析化工供应链信息管理中存在的问题,提出了一些应对策略。

In the modern society with increasingly fierce competition, as the main body of competition, the supply chain has become the main competition form of commercial competition. In order to win in the competition, the delivery mode needs to be faster and more efficient than competitors, and the key of which is to optimize the supply chain design of enterprises. The optimal design of enterprise supply chain is based on the theory and technology of supply chain information management. Through analyzing the problems existing in the information management of chemical supply chain, this paper puts forward some countermeasures.
