FDI对辽宁省产业集群升级的影响

The Influence of FDI on the Upgrading of Industrial Clusters in Liaoning Province

在“一带一路”和振兴东北老工业基地的背景下,以FDI为主导的辽宁省的产业集群得到了快速的发展,并在区域经济发展中发挥了很大的作用。论文在分析辽宁省产业集群的发展现状和特点的基础上,分析FDI对辽宁省集群产业内人力资本水平、生产技术的更新与升级、产业集群市场发展等的影响,提出优化辽宁省产业集群升级的环境、加强网络管理、提高集群企业的创新能力等对策,以加快促进辽宁省产业集群升级,进而推动辽宁省整体经济的发展。

Under the background of "the Belt and Road" and the revitalization of the old industrial base in northeast China, the industrial cluster of Liaoning Province, which is dominated by FDI, has developed rapidly and played a great role in the regional economic development. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and characteristics of the development of industrial clusters in Liaoning Province, this paper analyzes the influence of FDI on the level of human capital, the renewal and upgrading of production technology and the development of industrial cluster market in Liaoning Province. This paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as optimizing the environment of industrial cluster upgrading in Liaoning Province, strengthening network management and improving the innovation ability of cluster enterprises, so as to speed up the upgrading of industrial cluster in Liaoning Province and promote the development of whole economy of Liaoning Province.
