摘要
在工匠精神越来越受到国家重视的情况下,高职院校应承担起培育工匠精神的职责。本文认为应该把产教融合、校企合作贯穿于高职学生工匠精神培育的全过程。在学生工匠精神教育、实践、评价等阶段,校企双方都要相互合作,共同参与,积极构建高职学生工匠精神培育的有效模式。要完善产教融合、校企合作政策机制,构建校企双方共同利益驱动机制,建设合理的组织管理机构和高水平的师资队伍,以保障该模式的有效运行。
Under the situation that craftsman spirit has been paid more and more attention by the state,higher vocational colleges should assume the responsibility of cultivating the craftsman spirit. The integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises should be run through the whole process. In the stage of students’ craftsman spirit education, practice and evaluation, both schools and enterprises should cooperate with each other to actively build an effective model. We should improve the and policy mechanism of integration of industry and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises,build a common interest-driven mechanism between schools and enterprises, a reasonable management organization and a high-level teaching staff to ensure the effective operation of the model.
