惠州农村电子商务人才队伍建设探讨

Research on the Construction of Rural Electronic Commerce Talents in Huizhou

为了促进农村地区经济发展,开展农村电子商务工作成为了关注的焦点。然而促进农村电子商务经济发展的重要环节,就是要做好农村电子商务人才队伍建设,但是现阶段都出现了农村电商人才紧缺的问题。本文针对如何加强惠州农村电子商务人才队伍建设问题,指出了惠州农村电子商务人才队伍建设的现状及原因,以及提出惠州农村电子商务人才队伍建设的对策与建议。

In order to promote the economic development of rural areas, the development of rural e-commerce has become the focus of attention. However, the important link to promote the development of rural e-commerce economy is to do a good job in the construction of rural e-commerce talents, but at this stage,there is a shortage of rural e-commerce talents. Aiming at the problems, this paper points out the present situation and causes of the construction of rural e-commerce talents in Huizhou, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for that.
