“强基达标、提质增效”下的高铁工务设备运用维护管理研究 被引量:2

Research on the Equipment Maintenance Management of the High-speed Rail Track Maintenance Division on the Theme of “Strong Base to Mark, Improve Quality and Efficiency”

摘要 随着我国高速铁路建设与运营里程的快速发展,在高速铁路网络化运营条件日趋成熟的背景下,亟须深入开展高速铁路基础设施运管修问题研究。鉴于高铁不同的运营线路特点及开通时间,目前我国高铁工务设备维护初步形成“混合管理”、“专业管理”、“综合管理”和“委托管理”多种模式并存的局面。为强化高铁工务、维护安全监管、提高检修质量和效率,分析了高铁工务新特点及检修作业存在问题,从人员管理、机构设置、天窗协同和作业效率等方面提出改进建议。最后对大数据背景下的工务维护创新、工务检修作业的应用策略进行了探讨。 With the rapid development of high-speed railway construction, the high-speed railway networking operation is also maturing;therefore, there is an urgent need to study the operation and maintenance management of high-speed railway equipment. Due to the difference in the operation and operation times of each line, China’s high-speed railway track maintenance division forms multi-managing modes of mixing management: professional management, integrative management, and entrusting management. In order to strengthen the maintenance and safety supervision of high-speed railways and improve the quality and efficiency of the maintenance, we analyze the new features of the track maintenance and the problems in maintenance operation. We offer suggestions for improvement in personnel management,organizational settings, skylight synergy, operational efficiency, and so on. Last, we inquire into the application strategy of big data overhaul and the high-speed railway track maintenance innovation that is based on the big data.
