人性化管理应用于儿科护理管理中的效果探析

Analysis of the Effect of Humanized Management in Pediatric Nursing Management

目的研究护理人员实施人性化管理的效果。方法选择27名该院儿科护理人员,对比人性化护理管理前后护理工作评分及护理管理满意度。结果与管理前相比,管理后基础护理、护理文书、清洁消毒、服务态度、心理干预等护理工作评分较高,管理后护理管理满意度(96.30%)与管理前(74.07%)相比,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理管理引入人性化管理形式,其应用效果显著,能够有效提升护理人员工作质量和效率,护理人员护理管理满意度水平较高,应予以推广。

Objective To study the effect of nursing staff on humanized management. Methods Twenty-seven pediatric nursing staff of our hospital were selected and the nursing work scores and nursing management satisfaction before and after humanized nursing management were compared. Results Compared with pre-management, post-administration basic nursing, nursing documents, cleaning and disinfection, service attitudes, psychological interventions and other nursing work scores were higher, and post-management nursing management satisfaction(96.30%) was compared with pre-administration(74.07%). The differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The introduction of humanized management in pediatric nursing management has significant application effects, which can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of nursing staff. The nursing staff’s satisfaction level of nursing management is high and should be promoted.
