Perioperative Nursing Risk Management in Elderly Hip Replacement

目的老年髋关节置换术围手术期护理风险管理。方法纳入该院于2017年8月-2018年6月间收治的48例行老年髋关节置换术的患者,采用电脑随机法将其划分为干预组与常规组各24例,干预组采用围手术期护理风险管理,常规组采用一般护理模式,评价两组患者术后并发症发生情况、焦虑评分、髋关节功能评分。结果干预组术后并发症发生率2例(8.33%),低于常规组7例(29.17%)(P<0.05)。干预后干预组患者焦虑评分低于常规组,髋关节功能状态评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论老年髋关节置换术围手术期实施护理风险管理可有效降低术后并发症发生率,改善患者焦虑评分与髋关节功能状态。

Objective Perioperative nursing risk management in elderly hip replacement. Methods 48 elderly patients undergoing hip arthroplasty admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to June 2018 were divided into intervention group and routine group by computer randomization method. Perioperative nursing risk management was used in the intervention group. The general group used the general nursing mode to evaluate the postoperative complications, anxiety scores, and hip function scores of the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was 2 cases(8.33%), which was lower than that in the conventional group cases(29.17%)(P<0.05). After intervention, the anxiety score of the intervention group was lower than that of the conventional group, and the hip function status score was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The perioperative nursing risk management of elderly hip replacement can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve patients’ anxiety score and hip function status.
