品管圈在精神科减少与保护性约束相关的不良事件发生次数的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in the Psychiatric Department to Reduce the Number of Adverse Events Associated with Protective Constraints

目的探讨品管圈在精神科减少与保护性约束相关的不良事件发生次数的应用。方法成立品管圈小组,运用品管管理方法,减少精神科与保护性约束相关的不良事件发生次数。结果实施品管圈活动后,保护性约束相关的不良事件发生的次数从活动前的30.26%降低至活动后7.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用品管圈在精神科能有效减少与保护性约束相关的不良事件发生次数,减轻患者的痛苦,提高护理质量和护理安全。

Objective To explore the application of quality control loops in the number of adverse events related to psychiatric reduction and protective constraints. Methods Establish a quality control circle group, and manage supplies management methods to reduce the number of adverse events related to psychiatric and protective constraints. Results After the implementation of quality control circle activities, the number of adverse events related to protective constraints decreased from 30.26% before the activity to 7.89% after the activity, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The supply chain in the psychiatric department can effectively reduce the number of adverse events related to protective constraints, reduce the suffering of patients, improve the quality of care and care safety.
