摘要
目的通过对医院各个职种的问卷调查结果讨论员工满意度。方法通过扫描二维码在网上填写问卷的形式,每位员工只需填写一次。结果满意度前三:工作协调与沟通、对医院的认同程度、对领导的满意程度;满意度后三:医院的工作条件和环境,薪酬福利及工作压力。结论通过关注不同职种的需求,从职业生涯发展,员工心理契约及薪酬方面着手提高员工满意度,达到降低流失率从而保留人才的目的。
Objective To discuss employee satisfaction by questionnaire survey results of various types of hospitals. Methods Fill in the questionnaire on the Internet by scanning the QR code. Each employee only needs to fill in one time. Results The top three satisfaction: job coordination and communication, the degree of recognition of the hospital, the degree of satisfaction with the leadership;the third level of satisfaction: the working conditions and environment of the hospital, salary and welfare and work stress;Conclusion By focusing on the needs of different types of jobs, from career development,employee psychological contract and compensation aspect, to improve employee satisfaction and achieve the goal of reducing the turnover rate and retaining talents.
