公立医院党建工作与业务工作深度融合的实践与思考

Practice and Thoughts on the Deep Integration of Party Building Work and Business Work in Public Hospitals

公立医院是我国医疗服务体系的主体,是党领导的卫生健康战线的生力军,是党联系人民、服务人民的重要窗口。近年来,公立医院党建工作围绕中心、服务大局与业务工作相辅相成的思想逐步得到了广大党务工作者的认可。但是,仍然存在党建与业务想脱离的的现象,不能主动把公立医院党的建设与业务工作相融合。该文将从加强公立医院党建工作的意义、公立医院党建工作存在的问题以及东阳市中医院创新党建工作的实践等3个方面着手,探索基层党建工作的模式与途径。

Public hospitals are the main body of China’s medical service system, the new force of the party’s health and health front, and an important window for the party to contact the people and serve the people. In recent years, the idea of party building in public hospitals has been gradually recognized by the majority of party workers around the idea that the center, the overall service and the business work complement each other. However, there is still a phenomenon in which party building and business want to be separated, and it is impossible to actively integrate the party building of public hospitals with business work. This article will describe in detail from three aspects: strengthening the significance of party building work in public hospitals, the problems existing in the party building work of public hospitals, and the practice of innovating party building in Dongyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, and exploring the modes and ways of grassroots party building work.
