Current Status and Development Trend of General Nursing Services in China

全科医疗是关系健康中国的重要举措,全科护理服务的水平直接影响全科医疗的水平。该文针对三级甲等医院全科医学基地建设背景下,全科病房护士护理服务现状,从胜任力、服务内容、服务模式3方面进行阐述,旨在进一步促进全科医学的发展。

General practice is an important measure related to healthy China. The level of general nursing services directly affects the level of general medical care. This paper aims at the status of nurses’ nursing services in general wards for the construction of general medical bases in tertiary hospitals of the three aspects of competency, service content and service mode, aiming to further promote the development of general medicine.
